Noun:
A strong, innate desire to rove or travel about.
And boy do I have it right now bad. When I was a kid I swore to everyone I was a traveling gypsy. Why? Because I hated staying in one place too long. My skin would itch, I would get nervous, anxious, hyper past the point of control. Then my grandmother would order my parents to ship me up to her in Washington to visit and it all would drift away for awhile. While in Washington we would hike, golf, white water raft, swim, pick apples, and wander. We would simply wander around town for hours. And for what seemed like the first time I actually felt peace.

The thought behind this blog is to help me plan, execute, and enjoy my next wanderlusting trip. There are so many places I want to see before I die and I just need to make time. I am hoping this will be the place I remember all those trips I took before in hopes of motivating me to take more...
I can feel that my skin is itching and I am starting to get anxious. It just might be time to fit in another wanderlust trip and soon.
If you enjoy random spurts of travel you just might be a road gypsy. Welcome to the club.
